We accept returns of our LinkProducts within 30 days of the date you received your order
We are convinced of the strength of our product. We also want you to have time to take a complete look at the product and be sure it suits you. That’s why you can choose to return the product up to 30 days after the shipping date. With or without reason.
Terms
Before you return your LinkProduct, please make sure that your return shipment meets the following conditions! If this is not the case, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.
Little use
Of course, you can feel free to test and review your product, but we don’t want you to start using your product extensively in a campaign only to return it. Our products count how often they are used.
Original condition
Obviously, we cannot accept LinkProducts that are damaged by you, used beyond evaluation (for example if you already pasted your LinkSticker), or in any condition unusable for resale.
How to return your order
Please return (part of) your order along with your order number to our return address. Note that our return address differs from our address in Amsterdam! We will check your return and refund your money within 14 days if everything is in order! The shipping costs for the return are for your own account.
